Heavy duty terne plate construction protects can against abrasion and rough use; plus a state-of-the-art powder coat paint finish resists solvents, acids and alkalies while minimizing the effects of corrosion and humidity. Positive Pressure spring-mounted release relief vent mechanism automatically vents pressure when it reaches 5 psi to protect against explosion or rupture. Leakproof Closure feature include long life, cork gaskets that are impervious to virtually all liquids and maintain the high degree of flexibility you need for a safe, tight seal. Single Opening style (Type I) is economically designed with a single spout from which you fill and pour. One gallon model features fixed handle with trigger release cap for filling and pouring. Two and Five gallon models feature a swinging handle for easy handling of 60 lbs. plus loads.
