Damaged Goods
In the event you receive a damaged or short shipment, you must immediately file a claim with the carrier. Under ICC regulations, this claim is the consignee's (your) responsibility. Please contact our customer service department 1-800-323-0244 or equipcs@darley.com for assistance.
Returns
When returning any part of your order, please contact our customer service department FIRST at equipcs@darley.com (or 800-323-0244) and include your Darley order# and the specifics of your situation. If you will be returning a package, you can print out and fill in the Instructions For Returning Merchandise form to enclose in the package. Carefully repackage the merchandise, using the original packing material if possible, to prevent damage in transit. All items that are returned should be in the same condition as they were when delivered. Package can be sent to W.S. Darley & Co., 325 Spring Lake Drive, Itasca, Illinois, 60143. Please insure it for full value and keep all your postal and insurance receipts.
IMPORTANT: Custom-made items (Badges Lettering, Certain Clothing, etc.) may not be returned unless error was clearly ours. We will do our best to make sure you receive maximum value if you decide to have these custom-made items re-worked, repaired or replaced.
Please download, print and complete the Returning Merchandise form. Enclose it in your return package.
