We use this as a connection point when
rigging a stretcher for a high line (Tyrolean).
It allows us to attach control lines, a stretcher
harness, and pulleys all at one strong point
without twisting. Inside diameter is 3". Made
from drop-forged alloy steel. Ship wt. 1 lb.
