The REACH Device is an innovative tool that will
Cross, Clip & Capture™ a floating or suspended
line, extending the reach of the rescue swimmer,
kayaker or boater. While doing everything an
ordinary throwbag does, the REACH System
also allows the user to reach out and pull in
another line. Compact enough to hold in the hand
while swimming or attach to your PFD, a swimmer
or kayaker can use it to catch a tension diagonal
or shore line for self rescue. The REACH Device
(patent pending) will consistently hook onto a
line with a simple toss, but is shaped to resist
snagging when pulled across a rocky river bottom.
The REACH Throwbag can be
thrown overhand like a football for a
more accurate toss. The zipper-gusset
system makes repacking the 2,000 lb.
