Each length is hydrostatically tested in the factory prior to shipment. No need for testing after delivery to you. This fire hose has a double jacket, designed with special heat and abrasion resistance features in addition to its tremendous strength and flexibility. The outer jacket of the Darley Stripe Fire Hose has balanced compart weave while the inner jacket of the fire hose has warp yarn to provide exceptionally workable handling properties. Kink test—hydrostatic pressure of 700 PSI for 1 1/2", 1 3/4" and 2 1/2" and 450 PSI for 3". Burst test—hydrostatic pressure of 1200 PSI while lying straight for 1 1/2", 1 3/4" and 2 1/2" and 1100 PSI for 3". This fire hose is immune to the effects of mildew. Ozone-resistant lining. Sold per 50 foot coupled lengths. Available in white only. Exceeds hydrostatic requirements of NFPA 1961 fire hose standard. Tested and stenciled in accordance with NFPA Standard 1961. Fire hose couplings are hard-coated, lightweight, rocker lug. Please specify size and threads.
