I have purchased 4 expansion units from Robert at ext. 320. I have been very pleased with all of the units. I have only had one problem with 1 set of expansion segments. Robert gave me the phone number to the manufacturer and I spoke directly to the engineer. I had a new set of segments within 3 days. These are high quality expansion units.
