Fire-Dex leather gloves are made with double-chromed, tanned, heat-resistant leather and available in NPFA or OSHA styles. These leather fire gloves are fully lock-stitched with Kevlar® thread for increased seam strength. SEF® Modacrlic® liner is fully sewn to prevent pull-out. Other features of these leather fire gloves include elastic backside hugger for comfort, leather hanger loop for easy of drying and full size leather pull tab for added strength and protection. Leather fire gloves available in blue only. Please specify NPFA or OSHA style and size. Ship. wt. 1 lb.

     The gloves have a very good fit, both at the fingers as well at the wrist. These gloves provide very good protection at the hands. In an incident a few days ago, I could not feel the heat of the fire while I was working. Thus I was able to come closer to the fire and perform better. I would like them even more though if I could feel more things with my fingertips. They are a little bit bulky and this creates sometimes problems when I am trying to use small in size items, or when I try to sense objects with my fingertips. Overall the gloves are superb and a must for every firefighter.
