Attaches to the 2 ½”, 4" or 4 ½’ steamer outlet of the fire hydrant. Designed to overcome the problem created while flushing a hydrant by diverting the main water force away from traffic and ground cover. Has a female brass swivel fitting that allows a aluminum elbow to be positioned so that the water force can be directed away from vegetation and away from traffic.
