Zip Patch™ is a patented, easy-to-use, fast-setting patch kit for making effective permanent waterproof emergency field repairs to iron, steel, stainless steel, titanium, fiberglass, aluminum, wood, concrete, ceramics, acrylics, composites, PVC and most other plastic surfaces. This patch kit is easy-to-use with minimal surface preparation just peel away one side of the foil pouch; then spray the exposed patch surface with activator, proper activation is indicated by the patch becoming darker color; then press the activated patch over the repair area and peel back the remaining foil; use plastic applicator to eliminate any air pockets; lastly, complete activation of the adhesive by spraying the entire surface of the patch. Full cure is reached in approx. one hour. Patch kit contains one 4" x 9" patch, disposable gloves, activator spray and plastic applicator.  Ship. wt. 1 lb.
