Restricted Sales
Darley offers a number of products that are intended to be used by authorized law enforcement or firefighting professionals. Proper identification and/or authorization must be furnished when purchasing such items as badges, uniforms, nameplates, emblems, etc. W.S. Darley & Co. reserves the right to accept or refuse any order.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to add sales tax to goods shipping into the following states:   Illinois- 6.25% plus applicable county and city tax, Wisconsic-5%, Washington 6.5% plus county tax.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, Master Card or American Express for all types of orders (internet, phone, fax, mail). Open account terms may be extended to business or government agencies pending credit application and approval. If you have an existing open account, all that is required when ordering via the internet is a Purchase Order number (may fill in with verbal). Upon submission of your order, Darley will verify your account information prior to processing the order. International orders shall be placed by approved credit in the favor of W.S. Darley & Co.

Damaged Goods
In the event you receive a damaged or short shipment, you must immediately file a claim with the carrier. Under ICC regulations this claim is the consignee's (your) responsibility. Please contact our customer service department 1-800-323-0244 or equipcs@darley.com for assistance.

Returns
When returning any part of your order, please contact our customer service department FIRST at equipcs@darley.com (or 800-323-0244) and include your Darley order# and the specifics of your situation. If you will be returning a package you can print out and fill in the Instructions For Returning Merchandise form to enclose in the package. Carefully repackage the merchandise using the original packing material if possible, to prevent damage in transit. All items that are returned should be in the same condition as when delivered. Packages can be sent to the to W.S. Darley & Co., 2000 Anson Drive, Melrose Park Illinois, 60160. Please insure it for full value and keep all your postal and insurance receipts.

IMPORTANT
Custom-made items (Badges, Lettering, Certain Clothing, etc.) may not be returned unless error was clearly ours. We will do our best to allow you to receive maximum value if you decide to have these custom-made items re-worked, repaired or replaced.

Price Quote / Special Products
If you are purchasing products in quantities or are in need of a special or new product which is not found in our catalog, we are happy to provide you with a special price quote. Please contact us for the necessary forms.

Due to the wide selection of products being offered, there may be occasional errors found on this website. We reserve the right to make corrections in the event of a misprint or change.
