I am a firefighter so when i need to go somewhere in emergencies this is a perfect light to clear roadways.    Perfect in every way   (Jan 15, 2009) Reviewer: Australia      I am a Volunteer with St John Ambulance Australia and I am an ex-Fire Fighter. As my Vehicle is a private Vehicle and not an Ambulance I had to go with Amber. Using the Ultra Flash Mirror with the Light, I find this unit to be the best of its kind to alert other road users of such things as Motor Vehicle Accidents that I come across. Since I carry comprehensive First Aid equipment including Resuscitation Equipment/Oxygen and some Extraction equipment I find this unit perfect for keeping traffic out of the way and keeping me safe when assisting casualties. Whether you have it on your dash, roof with or without the ultra flash mirror, it is brighter and has more flashes per minute of any other unit I have seen and or used of its kind. The only thing I would improve on is the option of a lower profile version including the Ultra Flash Mirror.
