A low profiled fire helmet designed by firefighters combining old world styling and craftsmanship with today’s advancements in leather tanning and composites. The American Heritage Leather Fire Helmet is made with chromium tanned leather outershell and molding resin and fiber under heat and pressure to create a one-piece leather sandwich increasing the fire helmet’s durability and ability to withstand high heat loads. Includes black Nomex® earflap, cushioned headband, your choice of 4” faceshield with spring load or goggles, adjustable chinstrap with postman slide and quick release buckle, embossed eagle front shield holder and “Glo-Flex” reflective tetrahedrons. Fire helmet fronts and Bourke eye shields sold separately. Meets NFPA , ANSI and OSHA. Ship. wt. 5 lbs.
