RAM XD Monitor
The RAM XD™ Rapid Attack Portable Monitor is a lightweight, compact monitor that a single firefighter can easily deploy. It is ideal for quick attack, high-rise, and industrial applications. The RAM XD can flow up to 500 gpm (1900 LPM) and has a vertical travel range of +14 degrees to +51 degrees (manned) and +35 degrees to +51 degrees (unmanned). It also has a left-right travel range of 20 degrees each way (40 degrees total).
The RAM XD features a patented hydraulic stability system that harnesses reaction force to stabilize the monitor. This makes it highly stable and safe, even when operating at high flow rates. The RAM XD also has an angled waterway shape that helps to improve stream quality and reach.

The improved RAM XD features enhancements from the standard RAM monitor specifically designed for eXtreme Duty Use, or XD. The most significant enhancement is a new lower attack angle of 14˚. It still features the largest deployed footprint of any portable monitor and only 9psi friction loss at the rated 500gpm flow at only 75 psi! The standard hydraulic safety system automatically increases down force under conditions that normally limit stability. The RAM XD package includes a monitor with 2.5" swivel inlet, mounting bracket, and RAN fog/straight stream nozzle with integral stream shaper. Measures only 16.2" towed!
