The ARM-LOC™ has high visible solas reflective tape, which is the same type as what the Coast Guard uses. The ARM-LOC™ also locks on the victim so there is no need for the victim to hold onto the rope. Plus, you will be able to float the ARM-LOC™ on top of the water.
