The 6" wide reflective red striping tape on the white fiberglass shaft affords instant day and night visual location of the fire hydrant. The 3/8" diameter fiberglass shaft is attached to a heavy-duty MIL SPEC chrome-plated carbon-spring mount that allows for 360° flexibility. The Hydrafinder is adaptable to most standard fire hydrants with an easy-toinstall 5/8" diameter bolt-on steel mounting bracket.
