Rope bag with drawstring in one end with a web carrying and throwing handle and on the opposite end there is a grommet in the center. This contains 75 ft of floating 3/8 in polypropylene rope and a float.

Suggested Use
The initial throw should be made by placing your hand through the rope's loop at the open top section of the bag. Hold the loop securely and throw the bag toward the victim. All subsequent throws should be made by loosely coiling the rope, then throw bag and rope together. The increased weight of the wet rope and bag will aid in reaching the victim.
